i like them. not sure how i'd rank them alongside DEP, converge, coalesce, because really all those bands sound the same to me. but its the same cool stuff each time around. actually it took me a while to appreciate converge, who i suppose sound different than the aforementioned bands.

Yeah, I'll have some of that.

Those bands do have a similar sound, but I wouldn't say they're indistinguishable from one another. I would have liked to have seen Botch before they split.

really? geez, i think those bands are very different. well, at least you found the cream of that genre imo (i'd throw early cave in and fall silent into that category too).

We Are The Romans was definitely their best album. Theres some pretty crazy guitar licks on there.

I assumed this had been done before, my favorite heavy band ever. Converge being a close second. I only wish I could have seen them live but I can always hope for a reunion show when minus the bear/these arms are snakes peter out.

I saw them live before they split. Ridiculous band. They had all these stolen strobe lights and lighting rigs they had stolen from airports. After the show I felt like I had shell shock.

NC, though I only ever heard We Are the Romans.

I only know "American Nervoso". great record!

Easily the best of all those post hardcore bands!!!
And live, they were amazing.
