True, but Ebay breaks the law every minute allowing the sale of things such as cracked software.

I'm not bothered if someone uses Ebay like that. Ebay can sort it out themselves. They don't make the effort to remove other violating items.

Untrue. I've seen many auctions taken down because they violate Ebay's policies, and if this one is reported for doing so I imagine it would also be taken down.

I agree with jayryan, I would just like to know WHAT the auction is for. If I win it, what do I get? I am actually considering outbidding "kimgordonspanties" just to find out.

Think is that the seller's gonna have to pay fees on the final closing cost of the auction.

He can request a credit, but not without a ton of red tape.

In my opinion, there are much better ways to advertise your product.
