I got text messages from two friends who separately attended last night's show. Both messages conveyed that the current Harvey Milk lineup is unbelievable.

Me and the Mrs. wil be in effect at the 40 Watt next Friday...and for Maserati the following evening. Looking forward to it.

buuuuutttt, they are coming to town in a few weeks to play a small club & i am very much looking forward to checking them out. they're opening for oxbow.

You lucky souls who get to check out this tour. I can only hope that they schedule some West Coast dates later in the year. Joe Preston has a standing invitation to stay at my house anytime so maybe that will help the cause. If they are coming to your town, go see them for those of us who can't make it.

The new album is very, very good.

Question for those of you who've seen the tour so far: do they have any copies of Chunklet's "The Pleaser" reissue with them at the merch table?

Yes, they did. I want to say they were charging $25 for the 2XLP but I can't remember. I only had $10 extra on me so I spent it on beer.
