This thread made me remember an evening on LSD a few years ago. It was me and a few friends all sitting around an apartment tripping. I had a shitty little casio keyboard I found and was playing with all night. At some point I realized I was completely controlling the tone of the room and conversation with what I was playing. I'd put the 'samba 1' drums on and play something happy and everyone would start being happy and talking. I'd slow it down and play dark ominous things and everyone would get real quiet and the whole mood of the room would go dark.
Then I'd hit 'reggae 2' and launch back into some happy thing and people would be up and happy again. I went back and forth all night, like some kind of scientist studying them.
It was the most powerful I have ever felt in my entire life. It was awesome.

at it's best it was like sending my brain on a fun little holiday. at worst vibrating, high speed paranoia.

on balance though, good.

would do it again if the situation was right but would need about a month to decompress from work, kids etc.

In California, you can get any drug you want in the same day you're looking for it. That is if you fee like hangin' out at Venice beach for a while.

There is a whole 2C family of phenethylamine based psychedelics and you definitely didn't have 2C-P. The more common ones are 2C-B, 2C-E, 2C-I, 2C-T-2, and 2C-T-7. You may have come across 2C-D or 2C-C but very unlikely. They along with hundreds of other psychedelics were all invented by a single man named Alexander "Sasha" Shulgin, and if the human race doesn't destroy itself in the next 50 years we will be building statues for this man...

Then again you could be thinking of PCP, which is a totally different story which involves public nudity and police officers more often than you'd expect lol

Anyway, there is a lot of variation between the different 2C's. 2C-B is fairly friendly like a cross between MDMA and LSD but unlike a combination of the two, whereas something like 2C-E has a much higher saturation point and could make a powerful acid trip seem like a strong cup of coffee. Then there's the extremely rare 2C-G which lasts for about 36 hours! The variation is almost endless within the 2C family alone.

Anyway, that's enough for now, the longer these materials remain relatively under the radar the better. Its a bit like a great 'underground' band, once everybody jumps on the bandwagon its all over...

At our show last night, I was unexpectedly given 4 sugarcubes of acid as a gift.
I seriously don't know what I'm gonna do with them. I like to think I'll eat them at some point and and go nuts and have a blast but man....it's been a long time, kind of scary to think about going back there, ya know?
