I have this record. I want to like it, but it gives me a headache in a way that loud, heavy rock usually does not. Tell me why I should like the way the vocals are all effected and thin sounding. I love the name of the band, and the basic idea of it (bass and drums turned up to 11 with actual hooks), but I am so far unimpressed with it. Fire away on why I am a puss or a neophyte.

they asked for the vocals to be like that in the mix at soundcheck and the vocals were kind of lost in the massive bass and drums but who cares?!!

Here Come The Waterworks is Jared's best album to date, including Karp material. The first Big Business can't even compare.
