What say you - Super Nintendo? Or Genesis?

Could be a tough call. May simply boil down to the games.

super nintendo... it had my parents worried i'd grow up to be a video game fanatic. turns out i was only a 2d-scroller fanatic, and once n64/playstation/etc came out i lost interest in video games for the most part.

snes had super mario world, super mario all stars, super metroid, donkey kong country, mortal kombat, street fighter, mega man, the adapter device to let you play game boy games, and the early version of mario kart (though that game didn't really take flight until n64)... all i remember from genesis was sonic

I'd much rather play Super Nintendo than listen to Genesis.

And I've never played Super Nintendo.

The only console I own that I still hook up for a few weeks every year is a Super Nintendo. Kicks Genesis in the cunt cuz she a bitch.

Sega's got my vote here, folks.

I had Genesis growing up and loved it, I didn't miss having a SNES at all. But later in college I ended up with both, I played and enjoyed the SNES more.

well snes definitely had the better controller, can we all agree on that?
