yes i get it through both outputs, I tested it with both speakers and headphones and different cables.

the right channel out of the stereo buss of my tascam 388 is only getting partial signal. The right channel of the Aux/EFF buss, though, gets full signal. Any ideas what the problem is? Anybody know a good place to get these machines serviced in NYC or Long Island? thanks.
