Realized that today I lived like a DHAK. Woke up, hung out with my cat and listened to music. Ate lunch at a new Korean fried chicken place, nap, therapy, AA meeting then ate a steak dinner with a buddy and hung out with him at a bar. I won today.

My Dad and I built one back in Kansas. I d highly suggest cheating and buying pizza screens. Not a classic approach to making pizzas in a wood fired oven. However, if you are looking for a short cut, it s a good one.
