thinking about buying an altec 175. it's super cheap but has no PSU. does anyone know a good route to go in getting a PSU or having one built? thanks!

thanks for the tips guys. yeah i love the sound of my jmp. dont get me wrong. i'm just always plugging in things that dont really "go" just to see what it sounds like. but since you say it could bother both amps, i might not do it. my jmp is too fine a specimen.

i recently aquired a sunn beta bass. my plan is to try and run it (preamp output) through my marshall JMP and use it as kind of a glorified fuzz box. i havnt tried it yet so i dont know how it sounds. just kind of pipe dreaming.
