Saw Supermarkt, by Roland Klick, who got on my radar by having a different film film of his soundtracked by Can. Didn't care much for it.

Watched Mildred Pierce , to go with the Todd Haynes retrospective a local arts center carried recently. Enjoyed it. I don't like spoilers, but a certain character is one of the most hateable ever put to screen (and paper, I imagine).

Tried to watch All Her Fault , but gave up after a few episodes ...

Caught a double bill of Fassbinder's Ali: Fear Eats The Soul and Todd Haynes' Far From Heaven as part of a Haynes retrospective, enjoyed both, liked the former more, hadn't seen either. Considered finally seeing All That Heaven Allows when I got home, but it'd have been too much.
