New year, new thread, new gold to discover and share!



The year has already started off strong for me with this, a debut from Manchester band Shaking Hand. FFO : Yo La Tengo, Slint and Pajo in general, Seam etc.

This is almost certainly my favorite album of the year. FFO Godspeed, Slint, Part Chimp and post rock in general. Was at the Thank / Kal Marks / BLKLSTRS gig at the Brudenell in Leeds this past weekend and before the gig the sound guy kept blasting really good stuff. I asked what it was and he told me it was these guys here :
