Re: Let Us See Your Shows

Not to diminish the work of the Burlington but I'd hazard that some of the vibes has a lot to do with the players and their talent and use of gear. Speaking of which a couple of FMs on my IG are curious about the type of guitar you are playing. Really great show. Thanks! Oh thank you so. I've playe...

Re: Big Black IVP settings?

Related - During the time when Van Halen were recording the band's first album, it turns out that Eddie thought that the amp sound on the first Montrose album was exactly what he wanted his guitar amp to sound like on the album. Later on once the band was touring, they had to get a few Marshalls as...

Re: Let Us See Your Shows

Just chiming in to say that the Burlington's band room has gone from sounding kinda harsh and not that awesome to being a really great-sounding small club.

Re: Gateway Bands

My gateways come from an earlier time. In terms of music to which I voluntarily listened: Saturday Night Fever soundtrack ABBA Blondie Journey (held up poorly) The Police (held up poorly, but good influence overall) English Beat Psychedelic Furs Fairly discrete train tracks that nevertheless tangled...

Re: Politics

also you can't really get away from it, wherever you go, if you aren't going to live a cave I guess it depends what the "it" is, and what you're trying to relieve yourself of. Best to know your goals because relocating comes with it's share of challenges. But I dare say some things are ob...
