I do think the New Yorker may need to update their takes on today's NY, it's something entirely different these days...really just money, money and more money and if one doesn't have that, and a lot of it, or some legacy connections, I don't know what the attraction ...

More power to them, they should do it and show up and show strength. On the other side: I'm sure people like Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy are rubbing one out at the thought of those 14-16 hour workdays...for others, of course.
