Lomo mics.

How are Lomo microphones?

For instance, if I purchased this:

http://sound-room.com/customer/product. ... t=3&page=1

and this:

http://sound-room.com/customer/product. ... t=3&page=1

would I be sorry?

For context, I'm looking for a more general purpose microphone for drum overheads, acoustic guitar, vocals, guitar cabs, etc...

If these are really good for a specific use, I'd love to hear about that.

Right you are. Clear as mud, my head sometimes.

well they arent lomo mics.. they are oktava
i have a pair of 012's i like them, i didnt buy the 'matched pair'from the soundroom
they work fine as overheads
ive used them on guitar cabs, toms, snare

i do not own, but have used the 319s
only on guitar cabs
they did the job, nothing to rave about imho, they where just what i had available to use at the time. ive sence picked up other mics that im much more happy with
