I think they're usually replaced due to their cheesy low-quality and low voltage rating, de-rated to 50V.

vockins, maybe Rodabod or one of the more technically inclined residents from blighty can help but if all else fails these crop up on Ebay all the time, I had to buy one to fit a daft vintage FM tuner not long back. All too happy to assist if you need an Ebay intermediary.
