It is. It's absolutely simple, beautiful, and still somehow after all these years, painfully overlooked. For some reason, now that I post this and think about that track, I think I just realized how many times I've accidentally regurgitated Budd in some contorted fashion in my own music. Especially the drums. Trippy.

Her name was actually spelled "Cotten"

I think Ed Crawford's rendition (of her rendition) of 'Vestapol' is actually a much sadder song, even though it doesn't have any words.
