Sorry, forgot to reply. I'm out till next week. Gotta tie up some loose ends before I leave town in the morning. Been a long time since I got my gamble on.

I brought two different show posters over there as I figured I'd give him a choice. He ended up taking both from me even after I said he didn't really have to; that I was happy he'd put up one. Nope, Doug's nice enough to hang two posters for the same show in that tiny poster area. Kudos to Doug.

The spicy cilantro chicken sausage was excellent today btw.

I still have dreams about the Foie Gras and Sauternes duck sausage with black truffle butter and goat cheese.

The duck/foie gras was certainly one of their best. The kangaroo wasn't bad either, and I loved the gin and juniper mustard. Their lamb sausage is usually killer too.
