I don't think he sounds like Craig Finn at all. I'd say thats lazy blog writing and a knowledge of music that doesn't extend past the last three years.

Sure, I miss them tons too, luckily Eric B has been steadily releasing great material with Crooked Fingers as well as solo. He also had much influence on one of my favorite records of last year; Micah P Hinson & The Opera Circuit.

If you were talking about someone doing this today it would make sense. No one is. What is wrong with remembering the past. I don't think you understand what you just said at all.
