I guess I eat a lot of stuff that is not great for me but I count it as crap it's heavily processed and prepared/served by someone who doesn't give a fuck about whether it probably tastes any good. it's usually a bad version of the thing that it is too. recent crap food I've eaten:

local -
* the curly fries from niko's on western & elston with a side of their extremely crappy tzatziki. it always seems like such a good idea after 9 beers. also the baklava is about a C+ but you get a piece the size of your hand for a dollar. with coffee, it's a pretty good breakfast
* a maxwell stand Polish dog, whoo I gotta be pretty drunk to want that
* sometimes I get one of those bags of frozen potstickers, but that only counts half because I have to fry them myself
* my kid and I always hit up the Arcoiris popsicle guy for frozen slabs of corn syrup in the summer.

road food -
* jalapeno white castles, mentioned above.
* waffle house patty melt, side of grits, cup of coffee. this is a perfectly balanced meal to prepare for the task of highway driving.
