This kind of shit will make you hate. A guy in my old band pulled this all the fucking time. I no longer play music with this person.
There is ALWAYS someone in a band who ducks out early. "Oh shit, man. I went out back to smoke a joint with these dudes I met. They liked our set. Said we can go hang out at their apartment if we want. So... all our shit's loaded already?"
Another band I was in, the other 3 guys had jobs that seemed to always prevent them from meeting up early enough to load up when we had a local show. I can't count how many times I went down to the room and loaded all our shit by myself and got it to the club. Then, one time we had a show in town and I was working graveyard shift at my job. I had to leave to go to work right after our set. All the guys had to do was load my shit out just this one time, right? So, I had this cool old green Fender Musicmaster. Nothing special about the guitar, it was just one I really loved. Would have never sold it, it was worth more to me than to anyone who would have paid me for it. My cock-sucking band mates left it at the club. They took everything else back to the practice room. Except my guitar. It was at least 3 or 4 days before we assembled together again at the room and we became aware of my guitar's absence. When I went back to the club, the guitar was, of course, no where to be found. Thank you, band mates! Fucking bunch of numb-nuts.
