Just bought this Traynor Custom Reverb for $299 I didn't even try to talk him down because it's sounding great and in pretty good aesthetic shape.

Funny how in his ad, he says it's the only amp he knows of that's all-tube and has both spring reverb and tremolo. I think there's only about a zillion Fender amps with that setup, Ampegs, etc. He apparently doesn't know of any 60's or 70's tube amps, when that was almost a standard configuration.

It's a great amp for sure. Is yours noisy? That was the thing that made me stop trying to use mine for recording... too noisy. Mine probably just needs a little work, though.

Have not recorded it yet so I can't say how noisy it really is. It didn't sound noisy at his place.

It works fine but I'm going to retube, recap, and clean it up anyways.

I think he knows that many other amps were made with reverb and trem. I think it was just a lame bit of CL hype.

Crumar electric piano at a pawn shop near my office. Didn't get a model number or a chance to try it out, as they were closed when i came in. I looked on Ebay, It seemed to most closely resemble the DP-50 model, basically a rhodes knock-off. I think the tag said $500, but it was tough to see-I'm sure there is room to negotiate.

Anyone in the seattle area need something like that?
