4516An Unwound medley, which was preceeded by the Descendents' Liveage, which was preceeded by a Melvins medley.
The Melvins medley was a little experiment... this whole time, I'm cleaning the apartment, vaccuming and dusting and general cleaning and stuff, so I have the windows open. Problem is, across the street, there were like a zillion moms with little kids running around the playground and screaming, I mean really screaming, shouting, shreiking, etc. And I was ready to start yelling back. So I figured, what would be good to drown out the screams of children? Melvins, that's what! Worked like a charm. And the few times where the music was queit enough at the same time the screaming was loud enough, the two complimented each other reasonably well.
They left a while ago, and so the Unwound only serves to sound fucking awesome.
