Which would you rather find yourself fucking? A ghost or an alien?

For the sake of argument we'll say it's sexy ghost and sexy alien. Both have nice bodies and seem pretty cool.

ghosts are intrinsically sexy and mysterious, whereas all aliens, even hot ones like Lela and 7 of 9 (technically a robot?) are fucking disgusting.

Well, it's not like YOU are going to go out and find either and alien or a ghost to fuck. If you do find yourself fucking one, it was probably their doing.
Who knows what fucking an alien is like? Maybe it's awesome, maybe it's like putting your dick in a pencil sharpener, who knows? That's part of it. You don't know if fucking a ghost will cause you to lose your mind or what. You are taking a chance either way.

Could a ghost feel anything physically? I doubt it.
