I have two questions about the design: How deep is the basement under the joist?How wide is the perimeter air passage that connects the air gap in the basement with the actual room?ThanksFrancisco

Hi Francisco,Steve will jump on to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's about 7' from the joists to the floor of the basement room.The air passage is a couple inches.
