Since putting down the booze, I’ve come to enjoy these ‘drinking vinegars’, usually mixed with soda water or tonic and some aromatics. It sounds kinda gross on paper, but these spirit free drinks have a lot of the complexity of cocktails that I miss.

I lived in Azerbaijan for a bit and used to drink that all of the time.
