Review:
This is one of the most fun pieces of gear I own, it is also one of the most frustrating, yet inspiring. I have only owned it 2 weeks, but this is going to be a weird journey I can tell.

Bought one of these to play with a fuzzed out bass:
AMT Electronics WH-1B Japanese Girl Optical Bass Wah. Made in Russia. It was either this or the Cry Baby Bass Mini, so I thought I'd try something a little different. Sounds pretty great, but super sensitive due to the short throw, and the point where the filter opens up seems really small, so it's hard to accurately control with my foot. I think I'll keep it, but might swap it out if I find something better. Anyone else have any recommendations for a bass wah?

Even getting a 15L and a 15B for dirt cheap, I built some TL cabs and then after building with a kappalite I wish I had just spent the money initially - what a great speaker. I love they took effort to make sure the power supply is fool proof. Put the wrong voltage and it wont work vs frying the damn thing. I sometimes bristle at expensive pedals, but you see where the money went on these.

Yeah I believe so, it isn't a limited thing for sure. They have done two small batches so far, I just think it takes them awhile to source and build them.

People have been price gouging the shit out of them on Reverb, there is one up there now for just a little bit over retail.

Any update on this? Also didn’t we have a synth thread in the before times? Should we create a new one? Surely there are some more synth folks here.

Review: Red and happy EA Direct Box. I shipped it to my old address by accident, my old landlord has it, and also plays music. Picking it up will lead to a 2 hour discussion, time of which I don't have anymore. If it was a normal DI I would probably give up. I want this one though. It's my happy DI. I'm sure it sounds wonderful. A+ review
