They certainly do have very Bianca vibes but neither were ever married to MJ.
I had to look it up -- one of them had a brother who was a member of Can! (Karoli).
Oh I was thinking Jerry Hall on Manifesto cover, who dated Mick Jagger.
The woman on the right is Michael Karoli’s (CAN) sister. Woman on the left was his then girlfriend.

This is from the Country Life wikipedia page:
Shot by Eric Boman,[5] the Country Life cover features two scantily clad models, Constanze Karoli (sister of Can's Michael Karoli[6]) and Eveline Grunwald (who was also Michael Karoli's girlfriend). Bryan Ferry met them in Portugal and persuaded them to do the photo shoot as well as to help him with the words to the song "Bitter-Sweet". Although not credited for appearing on the cover, they are credited on the lyric sheet for their German translation work.

As someone who is rabidly enthusiastic about deeply kissing other boys I've got to hand it to the cover of Country Life.

Can't rightly immediately think of any over-the-top ribald gay album covers but I did stare at the Dolls debut for an unhealthy amount of time. And Soul Asylum's Hang Time.
