I'd be very surprised if it's just a resistor that went bad. Most likely, one of the output transistors is fried and took out the resistor. If it's not even powering on, I suspect the fuse blew as well.
It's just a cabinet, would there be a fuse in that?
Sorry, I thought we were talking about a combo amp. That's the crossover network we're looking at. Is there a tweeter in this thing?
Curious why it failed in the first place. Did it desolder itself?
Have you checked the resistance of the speakers? I bet one or more of them is blown.
You could just disconnect the tweeter and bypass the crossover entirely if you wanted.
