It does have a tweeter. Curious why it failed in the first place. Did it desolder itself?
Have you checked the resistance of the speakers? I bet one or more of them is blown.
You could just disconnect the tweeter and bypass the crossover entirely if you wanted.
If it still has the plastic jacks I would start with replacing all of those cause they WILL break anyway - have fun.
