I got tricked into having two. I thought the second would be easier, and I did want to drink beer, but the next was even harder to choke down. I would rather of had a pint of Vicks Formula 44, I think it would be smoother and lighter.

This statement calls into question your wisdom and sanity.

No, it does not. That swill gave me a headache and double-heartburn for rest of the day. It is poison.

Seconded.

It was the Two-Hearted bizniz that made me sick, NOT the larger-than-my-son's-birthweight burrito from Pineda.

Gimmie a Pabst, faggot.

I'll give you endless PBRs, served warm and in can upon can (or Blatzes, served cold and in can upon can removed from various six-pack rings).

After you enjoy the flavour, son.

The flavour of a Bell's Two Hearted Ale.

What made you sick was probably whatever you "drank" when you were being scene at a hypothetical gay bar in Hotlanta or whatever. Hypothetically.

The brewery itself is worth visiting if you're anywhere near Kalamazoo. Good food, about 10 Bells beers on tap.

And enough patchouli to choke a horse.

Great beer, though. Their burgers are great, too. You can bring your kids there in the summer/spring, which is nice for parents who like to drive drunk.

Non-drinkers of Bells Two-Hearted Ale.

You must be drinking the musical equivalent of Nickleback. So pour yourself a nice cold pitcher of frat boy radio rock and eat my dick.

Strong words for an amateur.

If you don't like heavily hopped beer than I can understand why you didn't like it. That being said, Bell's Two-Hearted is one of my all time favs. I gave it to some client's of mine from the northwest (also big hop country) and they loved it as well. Miller Light is what gives me heartburn. Lagunitas Imperial Red is also right up there as well.

It actually did make me physically ill. Lots of my friends love it and I just can't stomach something in those sorts of brews.

I also have nothing against any dark beer in general. I drink them all the time.

At least you know who to ask.

Zing.
