20I think I managed to decipher this poster.
If you have "polite sex" (I'm guessing the lights out under the covers variety) with your spouse, you will give birth to a boy. If you have romantic sex, a girl. If kinky sex, a ladyboy.
This is the 1st step, and I'm guessing the preferable outcome, since you want to avoid reincarnation (which happens in step 2), and here the result of sex is simply a child.
