I might not be as crazy about soup as some of you all, but there are a few that I will actively seek out depending on where I'm at (...usually not at home) and how I'm feeling:

- Seafood gumbo
- Clam chowder
- Lobster bisque

Gumbos and chowders for me, please. Coconut lemongrass when I’m feeling under the weather.

Any soup that is made under 3 hours is not really a soup, it's an appetizer.
