I might not be as crazy about soup as some of you all, but there are a few that I will actively seek out depending on where I'm at (...usually not at home) and how I'm feeling:

- Seafood gumbo
- Clam chowder
- Lobster bisque

Gumbos and chowders for me, please. Coconut lemongrass when I’m feeling under the weather.

Any soup that is made under 3 hours is not really a soup, it's an appetizer.

There is only one soup in these woods. It's a chicken soup. And also a beef soup. Ok, there are two soups in these woods. If you combine chicken and beef parts in one bowl, it's one soup.

So, there's still one soup in these woods. It's a chicken and beef soup.
