Since everyone is posting about tattoos lately, here are my shitty ones. I don't actively regret them since I don't even notice them anymore but if I had none now I wouldn't bother getting any. With the exception of one, I got them as a bored teenager.
Shamrock on my right wrist:
Heart on the right side of my chest. Somewhere on the other side of the country is a girl with one in the exact same place. Smart idea about not getting each other's names. Especially since we'd been together for about three weeks.
This is on the left side of my chest. It's from the cover of the album Psychic Hearts. The original drawing isn't particularly well drawn but I had this painted on my bedroom wall at the time and it looked good.
Now. The Nirvana one was my first tattoo ever at 16 yrs old. The dumbass chinese symbol came a couple of years later. It means "Low Class". I think I'd gone to the tattooists that day with no ideas in mind other than getting *something* tattooed on me. Years later I decided to cover them up. I decided it would be two bars of something, about an inch thick with the middle inch saying L'ETRANGER. I could only afford part of it so I got the writing. That was 2 or 3 years ago and I still haven't had it finished.
My friend is always telling me off that I should never get the Nirvana one covered. Perhaps I'll give in to him and incorprate it into something.
