I don't know many of the bands which are mentioned here. But I really like Electric Wizard, however something about their sound(especially the drums) is making them less heavy. I've never seen them live btw. anyhow, I think that Sourvein are pretty heavy. I guess my vote goes for them or EW.

Difficult question, it depends on what you would describe as "Heavy". To me, it would have to be something sonically and lyrically bludgeoning. Off the top of my head -

Early Swans (fucking monolithic)
Godflesh
Whitehouse (particularly the Come Org era)
Sutcliffe Jugend
Khanate (far heavier than anything Sunn have released)
Neanderthal...

some others i can't remember
