that's nice that Pearl Jam bought you a car. You don't have to like them for it. It's like earning your crack money by giving blowjobs to cops. It's nice you got paid. That doesn't mean you have to like the process.
Of course, you can like pearl jam all you want. I think they suck. So does Motley Crue.

but i do find it hilarious that according to the voice of premiere rock forum (read: polls) motley crue are a better band than pearl jam.
Motley Crue is Budweiser and they know it and their fans know it.
Pearl Jam is a fake microbrew manufactured by Budweiser that their fans hold up as the paradigm of progressive brewing. They probably smell a smidge worse, too, which I'm guessing was a factor that effected the poll.
I know you're a fan and love their message forum, but this isn't about you as a person. You are a fine Belgian ale.

And they made a heroic effort to get the tax on their beer lowered, but it didn't work out. It's very difficult to fight the man, you know. But at least they tried!

I don't get Pearl Jam...or the Crue. I do, however, get why people find this so amazing:
I read Weston said a new Shellac record is coming between June and August 2007. So that's okay.

I gave the kids on my other forum the chance to come up with some artwork to speed along the process. Results varied -
I think the final one is a winner.

Judging by the results, am I correct in assuming it's some sort of discussion forum for retarded children? Tell those brave little troopers that we are all very proud of them and their artwork is very pretty.
