I never thought I’d ever say this again but the new the Cure album is pretty great. Sonically solid, lyrically mature misery and not one of those high pitched squeals.

I haven't yet had time to read the entire thread - only the last few pages - so apologies if it's already been mentioned, but the new Kit Sebastian album is a belter.

It's really good. Like not just "the best since Disintegration" good maybe even as good as their best records. 8 songs, 50 minutes, they haven't made a record with this little fat or filler since Pornography or Head On The Door.
