What products-companies-stores do you " boycott" ?

But I have eaten Horse on pizza... those crazy Italians!
Say what you will about Nike and their slave labor camps, those children make some quality footwear. The pair I am wearing right now, I have had for...shit, 5 years now and they are nowhere near being replaced. Paid maybe 50 bucks for them.
Comfortable as all get out as well. I have strayed from time to time, but I always return to Nike. I kick myself for looking elsewhere when everything I want is right in front of me.
I don't care how many children they murder, if they keep making shoes like this I'll be a lifelong Nike man.

176My boycotts:
Nike: sweat shop labor.
Del Monte: obscene migrant labor exploitation, including sexual. How arch that the company’s name is in Spanish.
Whole Foods: corporate buyout hedging, obscene "paying off white guilt through organically labeled foods like it’s a carbon credit" pricing.
Domino's Pizza: funds right-wing causes, especially ones against abortion and stem-cell research.
Snapple: same.
Norwegian Cruise Lines: sends obsolete ships to barefoot slave-wage Indian shipbreakers without safely removing asbestos/radioactive material/PCBs first, in violation of EPA/Basel Convention laws.
Sprint: constantly dropped calls and poor customer service coupled with their "if you think our service sucks, we don't want you as a customer anyway" policy.
Exxon: posting record profits.
Any politician proposing a 17¢-per-$4 gallon gas tax holiday yet who can't get his/her facts straight about the I-35 bridge collapse: sticking it to the wrong man (see above).
Any airline (since we don't know which one will shuffle off this mortal coil next): if my flight is cancelled, I deserve a fucking refund.
Neil Young: increasingly inconsistent and declining product quality.

177I have not had a single problem with Sprint yet. In fact, they've been incredibly helpful when I've called them with problems. No wasting my time trying to sell me shit I don't want, no excuses as to why they can't assist me...just good service.
No problem with dropped calls, either.

So you booked your flight, packed your bags, went all the way to the airport, set up lodging in whatever city you are going to...you get there and they say 'your flight is canceled, we'll put you on the next one' you wanna just fuck it take your money back and go home?
I don't understand what you are saying, you want them to give you your money back AND fly you on the next flight?

Mine always dropped in the same places, but that was mostly along a main thoroughfare throughout a major suburb, as well as the entire upstairs of my home, which is also two blocks away from a main thoroughfare. (I don't use a land line.) By the time I switched, in late 2006, that's when Sprint issued their infamous press release that basically said, "we planned poorly don't have the resources to deal with our customer base, so we're not too concerned with customer retention at the moment while we regroup." That's perfectly reasonable for anyone except those stuck in a contract.
