Just dropped nearly $700 on a black face Twin Reverb. I knew I'd not find one at this price again and then I did the math and my checking account will be ggoooodd but, holy shit, I hate spending money.

Yes, that’s a crazy deal. If anything its an investment as you can probably easily double your money should you have to sell tomorrow.

Yeah I'd be tripping over myself running out the door to get an AB763 Twin Reverb for "almost $700".

And re: Jazzmaster-shaped pickups, both the Squier Paranormal XII & the "Duncan Designed" ones that came with the Vintage Modified Squier read +11k. I don't mind it as much with the 6-string but I agree that I'm looking for more chime out of the XII. Maybe I'll follow Nate's lead and get myself some new pickups for Christmas.

Found a Sony C38B under $800 - tariff charges included - and bought it on impulse. Part of it is cope: I have finals this week and I’ll be working through the holidays (except for the actual holidays), so I’ll have plenty of time at my desk to sort out what I’m going to sell in its place.

Hope this one doesnt arrive fucked but its got a 30 day return policy.

Got the email this morning that they had to cancel my order because they double-sold the damned thing.

Should be getting my money back in about three or less days.

Nah, they realized what they had and it will get listed again for $1300 or something.
