So I finally got a lot of stuff out of storage from my ex, so these are old projects but feel new. These are the one's I'm jamming on most. Percolator clone. I like this, but I feel like single coil pickups would suit it better. Rat clone. I tried something different with this one. I have the usual diode toggle for LED, SI, and GE. The other switch swaps out two resistors for two internal trim pots so you can have the Fuzzrocious version of the popular mod where you replace a resistor or two with pots. You can get more bass this way, but I prefer the stock values. I'm super pleased with this one. I've played and tweaked many rats over the years and this is a good one. It is very articulate. I do find each rat has it's own sweet spots though.Super Duper Dual boost clone. I always liked these but kept neglecting to keep one for myself, so I finally finished this one. Colorsound Overdriver clone. Don't have a picture, but I'm loving this thing. Great fuzz.

thanks, guys. I m actually very pleased with how this turned out!twelvepoint wrote:Looks awesome Bassdriver! Were the PCBs a group-buy deal or did you do them as a one off?it s pretty much a one off. but it turned out that if you do that sort of žprototype œ PCBs you ll get 4 boards for almost the same price you d pay for 2 boards. so I got enough PCBs for a second unit. I ve built a Mila preamp years ago, with point to point wiring and thought I would be nice to make a proper version. turning it on for the first time and getting a proper sine wave on the oscilloscope was quite rewarding after all the time I put in this project. the only thing that didn t work was using the regulated 6V DC supply for the filaments. 4 tubes pulled the voltage down to degree where the 5V relays didn't work anymore. so I switched the filaments back to AC as drawn in the origninal schematic. japmn wrote:Bassdriver, I love everything you do. GOod Job!cheers J!
