Oh thank you so. I've played there before and found it a little harsh, but now it really sounds nice. They did a lot of good stuff to it.

That guitar is a 12-string baritone made by Geoff Benge. It's great, tuned to B.
Gibson RD template for body (maple) and a custom neck (mahogany).
Geoff put that same neck on a hollowbody for me maybe 10yrs ago, and Mike at Odessa made me another solidbody 6yrs ago, very nice.
Wouldn't want to run out of guitars.

Wholly agree. We had the same sound guy last time (Aaron), and he gave us plenty of space to be dialed in both times. He even adjusted for the feedback issues I was having last time with the full hollow. Not punishingly loud, but plenty of presence, and I think it might've been the most relaxed time I've had on stage in years w/r/t sound. Impressed for certain. Also, Mint Mile and Regal Machines were stunning. Really great time.

Ended-up working late and completely, upsettingly missed Kowloon Walled City's set.

I had a winemaker from Italy in town for the day and we finished our night watching some speed metal and rock at Gold Diggers. Being from Italy he wanted to try some mezcals, which they don't get much of there. He had a great time.

Human Impact (below) was the headliner, they were GREAT.

The Wedding Present ripped through Bizarro and a gang of old and new shit. He joked about doing a jaunt of Seamonsters which I'm taking seriously, though would trade that dream for one blast of "Dan Dare." It sends me.
