You know tulsi was right though.
Via msnbc via Ben Shapiro via twitter….
Where’s the lie?
No lie and I've spoken as such at length online and via my breath for years.
Yeah I know you have. I think that’s great. Harris is probably hoping that video goes away.

You do you, dudes upthread.
But there's a wider net for Harris now that isn't limited to what you call "the K-hive" and "centrist Dems," or mere "libs." For all intents and purposes it will encompass much of the wider Democratic Party (and some independents, and some lefties) going forward til Election Day. Possibly after, if she wins.

My son is 19. He doesn’t remember the Obama era. The only thing he knows about the Democrat platform is they want Trump to lose. For 8 years that’s all he’s heard from them.

Sounds like a good opportunity to educate your kid or point him in the right direction about what's at stake for women, among many other things at stake. Get a move on, no time like the present etc.

Is reproductive rights… it? I mean it’s a massive “it” but I’m pretty plugged into political, even US national politics and I can’t really think of a policy position from the Dems other than abortion or massive government subsidies of private companies. Standing on a picket isn’t the same as actually legislating to increase the accessibility and power of organised labour.
I still definitely think a vote for Harris is an auto pick but only because the counter is basically theocracy with a godless clown heading it.

They've been working on expanding Medicaid (our state healthcare), combatting the absurd cost of prescription drugs, expanding renewable energy, combatting the crippling debt of student loans, combatting predatory banking practices (the Elizabeth Warren playbook) and updating infrastructure.
Don't get me wrong. This shit is all totally moderate, but it actually impacts real people in a positive way, and all of it seems to piss off the right. At times it feels more like "a little good vs doomsday" voting as opposed to "lesser evil voting", that is until you get to our military policy and cost.

This describes centrist Dems to a tee
Also describes the K-hive
Not good.
Yup but
I'm happy to at least soak in the republican bitching and complaining. Hell, I can't even vote.

I dunno, I'm not a fan of Harris, but I really want to watch her be a total bitch to Trump and kick his ass. I hope she's takes the gloves off and the Dems stop being timid around fascists, but maybe I'm dreaming.
I wish politics would be boring, but what a wild fucking ride. It's become just too outrageous to be believed. Imagine going back in time just 10 years to explain this election to someone. They wouldn't believe it.

i agree with him though. i heard this somewhere recently:
all democrats are united against trump.
all democrats are united on ukraine.
they're divided on israel.
all republicans are united on israel.
they're divided on ukraine and trump.
that's the messaging.
