Last year Gibson cut many dealers out of the loop, even if they were selling guitars by the boatload. Gibson may shoot itself in the foot by doing this.

He has a nice shop, he sold me a '60's Epiphone w/a bat wing headstock. After close inspection (by Rusty), it was found to be refinished. Matt took the guitar back, no questions asked, even though it was probably a factory re-fin.
