Many of the people around me are having the most fucked up summers ever.

I am not. Every weekend has been better than the last. Things are goooooOOoooOOoooOOooood.

This summer was pretty fucking awesome for me. Even though the girl I broke up with went kinda mental, the times we had this summer were among the best I've had during a summer, among the best with a girl, so I'm glad I had it. I'm starting in a week at a really cool university I'm excited about. My friends are all leaving so it kind of forces me to expand my social/lonely circle.

Yeah, things kind of suck, but it is just the standard burden of living. Nothing that can't be handled.

My summer's been really weird, but it's been a good weird.

It seems poised to end on a note of unmitigated awesome, however.

The poll's been closed for a long time. I put a pretty short time limit on it, so the results would remain meaningful and not be updated in future time periods. I was really only interested in that specific time.
