IMHO, Steak heaven is Lobel's Wagyu Bone-in Ribeye...
...some oil, salt, lots of black pepper, and a few dashes of worchestire, medium.

My pops barely undercooks Strip, and it's always really good, but I still prefer Bone-in Ribeye.
It's something subtle, just in the flavor/smell.
