Is the bridge on this thing the type you can press on and pull on to bend the strings, to get a tremolo kinda thing going? It looks like it's got the little shelf back there but I'm not sure

From what I remember of GJP's taste in music you have your work cut out for you. Most of his favorite guitarists play strats, no?

I would assume, someone photoshop a picture of the dude from The Verve playing one of these and post it here, then find a quote where Jimmy Page is saying this guitar is the perfect guitar for shoegaze music and that'll be a done deal

You can't say 'toronado' without sounding West Country in the same way as you can't say 'beer can' without sounding Jamaican.

The joke is that you can't say "beer can" without sounding like a Jamaican who is saying "bacon."
Scousers, Mancs and Geordies, among other northern people, have no trouble sounding nothing like people from the West Country.
