You guys persist with your Wiffleball baserunning nonsense -- even in this enlightened age of ProTools and smoking bans.

What in the hell is going on over there?

I read that BP article and thought: "I Wish I Lived In Arizona," and then realized it's Arizona.

See if there is some other way to do it. Email the site.

There's no baserunning in Wiffleball.

That was a great article about Freddy Sanchez. Reminds me of a guy on my block, who was in his forties, who would play the neighborhood kids. His rising fastball was so devastating, that he was not alowed to use that pitch in the games. Unhittable.

I'm in.

I'm working on some new pitches myself: The Quiet Castrator, If Chris Burke Were a Wiffleball, and The Stinkfist II

MC Seat: Baserunning is not the correct way to play, yes. However, throwing a wiffleball at a base"running" Steve Albini and stinging him square in the marbles the first time I ever met him is a memory that I still treasure to this day. I only hope that others may have such a glorious experience.

Is that in reference to "Chris Burke of the Astros" fame? Or "Chris Burke of 'Eating is Fun, Eating is Serious'" fame?

I'd like to play in this, but there's probably only a gut-shot straight draw chance that I'll be in town.
