no, headset micorphones rule. Those things are amazing just cause Phil Collins used them. A drummer with a headset mic looks totally awesome. I cannot stress how awesome headset mics can be. The bigger the better. Not so cool on girls who dance around, but awesome on drummers.

that's my point. My wife has a civic. its a really nice car. but i didnt put transparnet brake lights in there and an intake so she can pretend shes a race car driver.
If you want a race car, instead of buying crap to make your honda a little faster, just buy a fast car. I personally don't like them.

That's just a commonplace saying amongst my friends when we see a car of this variety. A couple nights ago when we were gear shopping, we saw a dodge neon with a stainless steel, fully flared tailfin. It also had flames and those spinning rims. We were loudly and mercilessly ripping on it because it was parked next to us. The car's owner was right behind us the whole time. None of us felt bad.

I personally would rather jsut have a car that works good so i dont have to think about it - then i can spend my car-sup-up-money on gear which is what is actually important. speaking of which, I just bought a 24 track NEVE board with the original pres in it. It's definatley incredible.

Sorry, I still think they are awesome. ANd even though Todd might not want to wear one, I still think it would look the awesomest if he did. I dont think they are aweseome in the way a Josphson 700a is awesome, or the way a Studer A827's transport operates. Theyre awesome as in,"That's awesome! Todd's wearing a fucking headset mic! That's fucking great" It's like a funny, sort-of goofy, so stupid- that- it- just- might- be awesome kind of way.
