What a haul! Is the Strat an o.g. or a beautiful replica?

Their prices seem really reasonable. Like, it looks like you could have a nice aged Fender clone for 1500 or so, all-in, with top notch hardware? Presuming one can do basic setup work, fret dressing and not slotting, of course.agiant wrote: Thu Jun 17, 2021 6:41 am Replica, MJT body with allparts neck and Peter Florance pickups.

They do good stuff, imo. Even if you dont want a relic-d finish, they do great straight up nitro finishes that you can age as you play!twelvepoint wrote: Thu Jun 17, 2021 10:07 amTheir prices seem really reasonable. This looks beautiful!Kniferide wrote: Thu Jun 17, 2021 9:56 am Gave my Jury Baritone a rattle can paint job over quarantine. Never painted a guitar before. Came out ok, I could have wet sanded the clear a little more, but who cares? Sanding sucks.
Nice- I forget what the color was originally- was it one of the pastel candy colors?Leeplusplus wrote: Fri Jun 18, 2021 6:35 pmThis looks beautiful!Kniferide wrote: Thu Jun 17, 2021 9:56 am Gave my Jury Baritone a rattle can paint job over quarantine. It was that gibson blue color. It floares around caseless for years and the paint didn't hold up to my abuse. This came out ok. If I ever fo it again, I think I could get a pretty good finish with spray cans. It's too much work though.cjury wrote: Sat Jun 19, 2021 12:30 amNice- I forget what the color was originally- was it one of the pastel candy colors?Leeplusplus wrote: Fri Jun 18, 2021 6:35 pmThis looks beautiful!Kniferide wrote: Thu Jun 17, 2021 9:56 am Gave my Jury Baritone a rattle can paint job over quarantine. Nice! I recently got the 326e Baritone-8 and it is way fun. Only bummer was, the original Elixir sets are hard to find, but I pieced together a pretty close set of individual D'Addarios from juststrings.com.thelastrewind wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 4:15 am I just bought a baritone Taylor acoustic (326CE for those who like model numbers.)
THX to FM Tmidyett for turning me on to baritone acoustics. one day i'll have a 12 string, just you watch.
