Preview of the new album. Way more herky-jerky post punk than the art goth stuff from previous records and almost hooky? Didn't expect that.

I can't speak to the studio session but that's right around the time he switched to a red Vistalite kit (including snare).

Saw them last night again in Minneapolis at 7th Street Entry. They were great. Bought a tee shirt and the two LPs I didn't already have. Brian and Jonathan were as nice and gracious as ever and Noah is one hell of a monster drummer. Holy shit.
Unstable Shapes and Upright Forms opened. Also very good.
