No 311?
"Down" contains dancehall vocals, hard rock guitars and turntable scratches.[3] At Spin, the song was compared to the band Bad Brains, and described it as having a "dynamic" verse.[4]

"Lightning Crashes" is atrocious.

But that fuckin' City of Angels Goo Goo Dolls song might be worse.

Everclear and Bush are dumb mersh versions of way better bands, but I bet there's more common ground with the guys from the 90s lineups of either of those bands than anyone in Live (excluding Art Alexakis, who I've heard some very funny stories about around when they got signed). I mean Bush had Andy Cohen fill in for their second guitarist at one point!

it's Live by a country mile. Maybe rivaled by a Dishwalla or Tal Bachman--but probably not.

311 I can listen to and laugh, at least.

I know a guy who creates a special cocktail list for March 11 all named after 311 songs.

That Sublime song is the stinkiest thing in that heap of garbage, as far as I’m concerned.

Man, fuck Sublime....

Wonderwall just passable with a side of waffles.

The rest is hot garbage.

Oh god I forgot how much I dislike Sublime. Vote goes for them without hesitation.

Being a non english speaker I never thought too much about Lightning crashes lyrics when I was a teenager. Some cringey stuff there for sure.

Googoo dolls are unforgivable in almost every way.

“You bleed just to know you’re alive!”

You just brought down the whole wedding reception. Thanks a lot dude.

Live & oasis were also too serious but they had some good songs.
Everclear & bush just don’t even irritate me anymore.

Pat Finnerty should just chime in here and save me the trouble.

My best hated song from the era is the Smash Mouth song from Shrek. Was hoping to find it here.
